I've been there myself and I have to say it is the best all-around (and easiest) way to put up a site, get a blog going, and even start building a list of customers - really fast.
The best part is it is all done in step-by-step videos that are only about 10 minutes (or less) each. You can watch one and drink a cup of coffee,and before you know it you have a real business up and running and you can then work on it a little a day then as you go. But the real thing I was excited about was that you are instantly connected up with a group of people who are all where you're at! And it's so encouraging to see the huge leaps and bounds they are making in their bsuinesses, while you work on yours...
The whole thing was created by Tellman Knudson, who recently did the huge "squeeze-a-thon" online event (you may have heard of it?)
Anyway, if you didn't: it helped over 300 people build their squeeze pages in under 24 hours, and it was all just like a big all-nighter online party!
